Arthur Mafokate, kwaito musician and producer, recently showed just how much he supports his daughter, Owami, and her dreams. He admitted that he's her biggest fan and that he doesn't miss her performances as a DJ.
Being a good father is about more than paying for the food a child eats or putting a roof over their heads.
That's important, of course, but showing support for your child's dreams is just as vital, and Arthur Mafokate clearly knows this.
The proud dad shared with his fans that he is also a fan - of his daughter. Owami is a DJ and she's hard at work and building a great career for herself, much to her father's pleasure.
In an Instagram post that he said will be deleted later, Arthur expressed just how proud he is of Owami:
This child makes me emotional when she is at work . I keep saying I will stop going with her to gigs but it ain’t easy.
Thanks Lanseria for supporting @AJLive and @OwamiMafokate. I am your number One fan guys -#Wami #TheMafokates
Briefly.co.za noticed that Arthur's followers were pleased to see him support his daughter so much and complimented him on doing so.
This is so beautiful you are doing an amazing job raising your kids .... you are a great father
Keep accompanying her to gigs bro, she still needs daddy's protection from hungry lions
