In the contemporary society many people have had a chance to fall in love again despite having had a bitter fallout.
Less likely, though, are the odds of giving your marriage another chance after going through a divorce.
But that is exactly what Patience did.
"I met Caleb when I was 20 years old. He was my first boyfriend. We had so much in common but what really made us to blend was our troubled upbringing. Our parents were not keen at raising us up.
They thrived in constant fights but what really made them go beyond the tipping point is their love for illicit brew,” Patience narrated.
She married Caleb in 2003 and together, they were blessed with two children. Their experience in marriage was exciting. They wanted to give their children the best life. A living they were never given by their parents.
Things, however, turned out ugly in 2010 when Caleb lost his job. He turned into drinking and neglected his responsibilities as a father. Life became tough. The young ones had to be transferred from a private school to a public institution. Patience turned to menial jobs for her to be able to take care of the two kids.
In 2012, she met a Joshua, 40, who promised to take care of her if she could marry him. She gave in and dumped Caleb for the sake of her children. Despite the second marriage being rosy they were not able to get any kids. This sparked trouble which presented itself inform of constant fights. Patience say her mother in-law used all means to convince Joshua to divorce her since she was not able give her a grandchild.
“She was successful as in 2017, her son divorced me. I went back to my father's house with my children. To my chagrin, I found mom and dad had reunited and they no longer intoxicated themselves with illicit brew," she explained.
My mother informed me that she visited a traditional doctor known as Ndunge Wambua who counseled her and also pronounced a love spell that resulted to the reunion. Her mother understood her troubles and in 2018, she escorted her to Ndunge who through her vast experience, provided a remedy for her predicament.
“She gave me a concoction which she asked me to introduce in my bathing water. After two months, I got a job as a primary school teacher. I had trained as a P1 instructor but never landed formal employment," she continued.
In January 2019, her first husband Caleb called. He informed her that he had landed a job in a manufacturing firm and he wanted them to reunite.
They buried the hatchet, thanks to Daktari Ndunge. Daktari Wambua claims to have powers to drive away evil spirits (majini). In areas of reproductive health, she claims to have knowledge in dealing with infertility cases, miscarriages and also expunge bad dreams.
