Chad da Don and Kelly Khumalo have faced a lot of criticism regarding their relationship, but they actually couldn’t care less. The opinion of the public has clearly had no effect on their relationship and that ain’t going to change.

The stunning pair have been dominating headlines since the day their relationship was made public. Chad and Kelly are madly in love and there is nothing anyone can do about it!

Briefly.co.za learnt that Kelly recently opened up about the struggles of being in an interracial relationship on Trans Africa Radio.

Kelly stated that even in South Africa there are places where people still stare at you and pass unpleasant comments.

The beautiful singer highlighted the fact that she has never worried about colour, love is love and it should be based on nothing but feelings. Kelly and Chad are not fazed about people’s opinions, but some are, and it is not okay.

After having faced multiple incidences of people trying to shame their relationship, Kelly and Chad have made it clear that their decision is their decision, no one else’s! No one can tell them what to do, because they are doing nothing wrong.

Speaking to TshisaLIVE recently, Norma, Chad's mom, recently told TshisaLIVE that it is heart-breaking to see how the public have tried to shame Chad and Kelly’s relationship. One thing that has gotten to her most is the fact that people have tried to label their love as a publicity stunt.

Kelly and Chad are happy together and no one has the right to tell them that they can’t be or that it is wrong, because it is not.
