The somewhat infamous Black First, Land First party wants the EFF and ANC judged on their commitment to land reform, not 'propaganda'. The party recently complimented the two parties on their ability to fill up stadiums, but the cheeky comment was more of an insult than not.
BLF wants both the EFF and the ANC to be judged on their commitment to land reform in South Africa and not 'propaganda'.
In a statement released yesterday, the party offered a cheeky compliment to both parties for their massive support for their election rallies.
The Economic Freedom Fighters had packed supporters into the Orlando Stadium in Soweto, while the ANC packed Ellis Park in Joburg to capacity.
Andile Mngxitama, leader of BLF, commended both parties and appeared amused at the huge 'propaganda achievement' they managed to achieve:
“Both parties have pulled all stops to ensure that they are not beaten by their rivals in the game of filling up stadiums.”
According to The Citizen, Mngxitama slammed both parties for not taking land expropriation seriously, becoming “involved in silly competitions to fill up stadiums as if they are competing with Cassper Nyovest” instead.
The BLF leader claimed that both the EFF and the ANC had lied about their commitment in 'taking back the land' in their rush to Wednesday's elections.
