About two weeks ago, Briefly.co.za reported that South African actress, singer and media personality, Letoya Makhene, will be leaving Mzansi soap, Generations: The Legacy. She handed in her resignation letter two months ago.

While there are rumours that she was prompted to bow out due to conflicts of interest at the workplace, there were other reports that the actress could have left due to her wanting to follow another career path.

According to ZAlebs, Sunday Sun reported that various sources who came into the publication's offices claimed, "Letoya is gatvol of being micromanaged and treated as an amateur or newcomer. So she decided to quit."

It is believed there had been many conflicts between actors and management. Other sources have claimed that Letoya is shooting her exit scenes and soon her much-loved character, Tshidi, will be missed on the soapie.
