A woman reportedly paid back money that was wrongfully paid into her account and her honesty sparked a mixed reaction on social media.

Earlier, Briefly.co.za reported an unemployed young woman showed the world that there are still good, honest people out there.

The lady, identified as Wendy, received money from a company that she did not work for and decided to return it as she had not earned it.

The post sparked quite the reaction and we decided to take a look at some of the comments. Some people praised the woman's honesty.

Sinethemba Ngodwane commented: "In compensation for her righteousness,i wish the company offers her a job if she wants it.She showed a great deal of trust."
Zamo Dlamini wrote: "She did well I really commend her actions. Such mistakes do happen and the owner of the account can be traced. She is honest I hope she gets a blessing of a job for her honesty."
Diane Ford said: "Good for her. If she had not they would have eventually have found out about it and made her pay it back. Her karma is good."

However, there were those who said the money was God's way to bless her and she was unwise to give it back.
