Man praises lady’s honesty after returning his wallet filled with cash

- A man lost his wallet at a petrol station in Heidelberg, Western Cape

- One of the staff members found the wallet and personally returned it with all of the cash and his ID and credit cards

- The man was so appreciative of the woman’s honesty that he took to social media to commend her for her actions

A gentleman was on the road and realised that he had lost his wallet filled with cash, his ID, credit cards and driver’s licence.

During this time, one of the staff members at a petrol station in Heidelberg discovered that he had left it there.

The woman, known as Mrs September, held onto it until she could personally return it to the rightful owner.

The man was so appreciative when Mrs September returned the wallet to him that he took to social media to praise her for her honesty.

He emphasised that absolutely nothing was missing from his wallet.

The Positive relationships in SA group shared the man’s post via Facebook.

It closed off by saying: “Mrs September, you are such a great example to all South Africans. We are sure your employer are very happy with your total honesty.”

Briefly.co.za noted the positive reaction based on the comments and many joined in to commend Mrs September for her honesty.
