Now that elections are over and the ANC will be leading our country going forward, the people of Mzansi can have a new hope for a better tomorrow. We asked our readers what their prayer for Mzansi was and some responses were quite surprising.

Facebook user Bulelwa Ngcukuva said she hopes for a woman to take lead of the country:

"A woman president...South Africa would be a very pleasant place to live in if it could be led by a woman"

While Lydia Nkosi prayed for more prayer:

"Bring back PRAYER in the parliament not a 2 minutes but 30 minutes get local Pastor that will preach and pray for the parliament"

Sisa Ngcuka said:

"Wishing no more corruption and those must be jailed. I work very hard to get living, there's nothing comes so easily, so my wish is to root out and bring the justice"

Andries Kruger said:

"1)That those in Parlement positive examples to all Mzansians 2) That they become proud citizens, because 3) the attitude at the bottom is a mirror image of the attitude at the top. Hence, the correction of everything that is wrong, should start at the top: a fish rots from the head first"

Hopefully the government hears the pleas of the people of the South and make an effort to make their ruling term a better one for all.
