When she posted the video she wrote a long caption about what she's going through.

"Much Love to new moms, especially twin moms! s/o to new Moms getting back into the work life for the first time. I wake up with a plan everyday and everyday the girls change my plan... lol! Much love to the more experienced Moms who help, support, share stories, have helped and been so kind when i’ve been moving around with the girls, Moms who tell you you look Good when you feel like the bottom. Still King Loot though... don’t get it twisted! Getting this work, I just need to find my balance! "

But her Instagram post was soon flooded with support from other mums, like Zizo Tshwete, who wrote: “Don’t be too hard on yourself babe!

Here are some other words of encouragement and comments from her post:

Meanwhile, a month ago, Briefly.co.za reported that three months after Luthando 'Lootlove' Shosha gave birth to her first babies - twin girls - she flaunted her post-baby bod on social media.

Some woman find it very difficult getting back their pre-pregnancy bodies, most end up with a little belly flab. But not Lootlove. She was determined to get her figure back after having twins.

Lootlove flooded her Instagram account with amazing pics of her slim figure, and boy does she look good. Celeb moms who have recently had babies are keeping mum on how they lost that extra weight, and so is Lootlove.
