Deputy Minister of the Department of International Relations and Cooperation (DIRCO) was awarded her Doctoral Degree during the graduation ceremony of the University of Fort Hare today.
On Friday, Deputy Minister Reginah Mhaule graduated from the Fort Hare University with her PhD in Public Administration.
Briefly.co.za gathered President Cyril Ramaphosa took to his Twitter page to congratulate Mhaule on her academic achievement.
"Deputy Minister of @DIRCO_ZA Reginah Mhaule today obtained her Doctoral Degree in Public Administration from the University of Fort Hare. Dr Mhaule demonstrates that continuous learning and personal development remain the cornerstone of providing quality services to our people," Ramaphosa captioned the post..

South Africans congratulated the Deputy Minister on her achievement and added that she's an inspiration to others.
John Mufambi, who goes by the Twitter handle @joepst10, commented: "Congratulations Deputy Minister. The sky is now the limit...."
Sithembiso Chibi, @sthecing, added: "We congratulate our DP for the sterling work she is doing and for equipping herself to be a better leader in where ever she will be deployed."
