Hollywood actor, Arnold Schwarzenegger, was attacked during the Arnold Classic Africa Festival at the Sandton Convention Centre. The actor was talking to fans when a man kicked him from behind.
South Africans are ashamed by the actions of an unknown man. The man put the country in the spotlight for all the wrong reasons when he attacked Hollywood actor, Arnold Schwarzenegger.
Schwarzenegger, most famous for his role in the Terminator films, was attending the Arnold Classic Africa Festival at the Sandton Convention Centre in Johannesburg, as reported on by eNCA.
The 71-year-old was talking to his fans when the unknown male ran towards him and launched himself, feet-first, into the actor's back.
Briefly.co.za gathered that Schwarzenegger does not have plans to open a case against the attacker.
Wayne Price, the director of the Arnold Partner for Africa, said the incident was unfortunate but no charges will be pressed.
"It happened unfortunately, it is obviously an assault but Arnold absolutely has no intention of pressing charges."
Schwarzenegger didn't take the incident too seriously, it seems, as he joked that he was just glad his Snapchat wasn't interrupted.
"I'm just glad the idiot didn't interrupt my Snapchat."
