South Africans were left inspired by a man who paid over thousands of Rands to help farmers who had been affected by the drought.
Last week, Burre Burger took to social media to call on South Africans' help for farmers who had been affected by the drought.
He wrote that one man's comment stood out - Tshego Junior. Briefly.co.za learned the kind man offered to pay over R25 000 immediately and he made good on his promise.
Taking to his Facebook page on Sunday, Burger revealed Junior has in fact paid over R25 000.
"So, this morning my post is about Tshego Junior, for whom I have a lot of respect because he knows what the project is about," Burger wrote in Afrikaans.
He added Junior did not even say to what they money should be used for.
"Hats off to Tshego," Burger wrote in his post.
Social media users praised Junior for his kindness and he was soon dubbed a hero and an angel.
Sonja Van Der Merwe commented: "Thank you Tshego Junior. May God bless you. Respect."
Tania C Swart wrote: "Thank you Tshego, may God’s grace and favour be with you and your family, may you be blessed in abundance."
Noa Milan added: "Thank you SO much, Mr Tshego. Thank you for helping. Many farmers are blessed because of your kind heart."
Anita van Rensburg said: "Tshego, you are a Hero!! Thank you thank you thank you!!!"
Rinaldi Meyer added: "Thank you Tshego. May you be bless in abundance as you and so many others that donates see the bigger picture and wants to help!"
