Road rage caught on video: Motorist fights with man after accident

A video of a road rage incident in Grahamstown has gone viral on social media. In the footage, a Ford Ranger driver is seen swinging fists at the driver of a Toyota Tazz that he bumped into.

He knocks down the driver of the Tazz and then gets back into his car but as he tries to leave, the Tazz driver gets up and opens the Ford Ranger driver door.

In the frenzy, the Ranger driver manages to escape by bulldozing the Tazz and driving away.

The video was posted by a social media user, Anelisa Donyeli, and captioned:

“This happened in Grahamstown, Beaufort Street. A white Male drove into a guy's car when confronted he beat the owner of the car he drove into. Check out the video at the end bethunani this white man had no regard of the people inside the Toyota tazz, bystanders and other drivers on the road. Yhuuu sembi kengoku I hope he's found and speedy recovery to the victim who was beat up kule road rage.”

Meanwhile, Briefly.co.za previously reported on a man who drove over a security guard in an act of road rage. The incident took place at Die Boord Spar in Stellenbosch. The guard miraculously survived the ordeal. He was discharged from the hospital the same day and returned to work the next week.
