Mzansi man takes to social media to find owner of missing wallet

Mzansi has applauded a man who took to social media to track down the owner of a wallet he found. He posted pictures of the wallet along with the identification of the owner and asked the Twitter community to help him track them down.

Twitter user Thekelo received a large number of responses after he posted the picture captioned:

"Dumisani Genesis Nkosi. You left Your wallet in the taxi this morning, it has lots of cards and R210 cash in it. Inbox me so that You can come collect it"

Social media users retweeted the tweet until someone who knew the owner got in touch with him. Twitter user kevinAndileM tweeted:

"We have Found Dumisani, he will be in contact with you"

Before long the wallet was back into the hands of its owner and Thekelo even posted a picture to prove it.

Mzansi social media users were impressed by the man's honesty and how he went out of his way to ensure that the wallet was returned to safety.
