Siya Radebe started a social media opinion war on Tuesday when he posted a picture of Zuma and had his say about the Zuma trial.

The actor and comedian believes that the "character assassination" the former president is allegedly faced with is a lot more than most could ever handle.

Briefly.co.za reported on Zuma returning to court on Tuesday in a final attempt to get his corruption charges set aside. The Zuma case dominated social media that day.

Siya joined in on the social media Zuma frenzy by posting s picture of Zuma to his Instagram and having his say on the effect this is having on the public perception of Zuma’s character.

He feels that this whole trial has been soul-destroying for Zuma and that people should show some mercy.
