Briefly.co.za previously reported that a lady named Okoro Blessing Nkiruka recently clocked 30 and to celebrate her new age in style, she fulfilled her dream of owning a 7-bedroom duplex.
Excited that the aspiration she had longed for so long had come true, the lady, who is a thriving entrepreneur, shared a post on her Instagram page to celebrate her achievement and her new age.
She then went on to reveal that there is a story behind her recent accomplishment. According to her, eight years ago she was kicked out of her ex-husband's home, which happened to be a 1-bedroom flat.

However, just two days after the blogger shared the news of her alleged new house, reports filtered on social media that a China-based man is the actual owner of the building and that Okoro only took photos of the house to share on social media.
In a voice note sent to Instablog9ja by a Onye Eze, the alleged real owner of the house, who is said to be based in China, called the blogger an "idiot" for trying to deceive people with his house.
It was also gathered that the property is located at an estate and the blogger only lives close by. According to reports, two residents of the estate also claimed that the lady only took photos of the property as well as that of the uncompleted building nearby and claimed they are before and after photos.
