Yaqoob Yusuf Ahmed, a millionaire from Bahrain, has pledged to help build a house for a young boy who used to do his assignments under a streetlight.
Victor Martin Angulo captured netizens' attention after deciding to work on his assignment at the corner of a street owing to lack of electricity in his house.
According to Tubarco, the boy, who lives in Peru- will now live in a two storey house and school in a well-equipped learning facility.
Yaqoob promised to fund the refurbishment of the pupil's home and repair the school he attends.
The tycoon who said he also had a rough childhood has already restored electricity to the 12-year-old boy's house.
Completely overwhelmed, the young boy continuously thanked the kind millionaire for giving him a chance to learn in a proper school.
"Thank you for the help you are offering, thank you very much because you are helping us to build our school," Victor said.
The boy's mother was also grateful to the tycoon for travelling all the way to Peru just to visit them and help repair their family home.
"I thank the people who want to do this for me, I thank them very much that they have had that kindness and they have given time to come to my humble home, because no-one does it," she said.
