A man has left Mzansi in stitches after he made a video showing off his outfit, which he claimed was worth R7. The video is currently being shared on social media.
A few days ago, Briefly.co.za reported on a comedian who made a video claiming that his outfit cost R180k. Now another man has made a counter-video of his outfit worth far less.
In the footage, he points at his various items of clothing giving made-up brand names with made-up prices.
Mzansi social media users were left amused by the contrast in videos. Twitter user Tweeetterrrr said:
"The way he says 'seven rand'!"
While C_Massala said:
"Buying expensive European brand clothes is a sort of mental slavery, I would rather go with this fellow, wear cheap something better with your money. If you want to wear expensive at least invest in African design."
ShadoWolff poked fun at the fake brand-names the man mentioned in the video, saying:
"I need me some 'polelopatria'."
