- Jub Jub almost got banned from Taboo Nightclub in Sandton, Johannesburg
- Taboo's manager assured Mzansi that Jub Jub is not banned, it was just a joke
- Cassper Nyovest thought it was brilliant and the rest of Mzansi did too
Rumour has it that Jub Jub is banned from Johannesburg nightclub, Taboo. Despite what rumours have to say, Taboo’s management team have ruled the rumour false.
Taboo is one of Mzansi’s most lit nightclubs. If you are anybody then you have partied at Taboo.
Briefly.co.za learnt that a tweet which was allegedly made by Taboo Nightclub, stated that Jub Jub was banned from all of its venues with immediate effect. The tweet has since been deleted.
The general consensus was that Jub Jub had been banned because of his ties to the new Mzansi TV show, Uyajola 99, which hones in on cheaters.
However, Taboo manager, Blade Lane, has since made it clear that Jub Jub is always welcome at the club. Blade stated that he had been out of the office and was not even aware of the matter at hand until he was later informed.
Blade also pointed out that the tweet may have been a joke based on the comedy evening that they are hosting which features Celeste Ntuli and Sifiso Nene. Jub Jub is invited to the show and any other event that takes place at Taboo.
Cassper Nyovest found the tweet hilarious. Our guy was busting and stated that the person who posted the tweet on behalf of Taboo ‘deserves a bonus and a bottle of Ciroc’. Cass was pretty upset that the tweet was removed.
Taboo night club goers will be on the lookout for Jub Jub because ain’t nobody want to be caught on camera with their sidepiece.
