Cassper Nyovest still seems to be trending on social media after yesterday’s hot debate on success without education. Even though he decided to lay low for a while, Mufasa soon hit back that he was the smart kid at school despite the fact that he had dropped out.
Since the debate started yesterday, a large number of social media users shared why one needs to be educated, while some commented that when you have money, you have no use for education. Others continued to make fun of how Cassper failed Grade 10 dismally.
Cassper hit back yesterday, saying: “I only ignore you trolls cause I know it affects my brand reputation. I could serve y'all replies all day but it doesn’t pay well. I'm all about my money! If it hurts the money, let it go!”
But after seeing that this debate is still trending today, Cassper then used the opportunity to say that he was the smart kid in school.
Cassper tweeted: "Funny thing is, those who went to school with me always knew how intelligent I was. I was always told by teachers that I shouldn't waste my brains cause I was smart kid. I turned out pretty good if you ask me. Self-made. God engineering. If my story doesn't inspire you, hakitsi."
According to SA Hip Hop magazine, Cassper then tweeted that he knows the value of education but he refuses to let it belittle him.
He responded to a tweep: “I don’t believe in dissing people who went to school cause I have more money than them. School and education is very important. Both my parents were teachers so I know but I will not let someone belittle what I have done with my life. Never ever!!!”
Earlier today, Briefly.co.za reported that it seemed that Cassper Nyovest is actually sticking to his promises and helping the aspiring rapper from PMB. The rap game is all about talk, but Cass is clearly all about action.
ICE, a rapper form Pietermaritzburg, KZN, went viral on social media recently when Cassper was tagged in his post and asked to give assistance.
A number of tweets on Cassper’s timeline reflect the excitement and dedication that Cassper has in helping this aspiring rapper. Cassper’s dedication to helping others is truly inspiring.
