South Africans threw some major shade at the Democratic Alliance (DA) after President Cyril Ramaphosa announced his Cabinet on Wednesday.
Mzansi has no chill - shortly after Ramaphosa announced his Cabinet, dropping the Patricia De Lille bombshell, social media users poked fun at the DA online.
The inclusion of Aunty Pat in Cabinet provided Mzansi with the ideal ground to take swipes at her former party.
Social media user @alwaysrozie commented: " Big ups to Aunty Pat! Lekke having the last laugh! Would like to know what #Zille and her racist cronies at the #DA are saying now. There's nothing stopping this woman. Minister @PatriciaDeLille! The Aunty of the Nation."
Tonny Myambo, who goes by the Twitter handle @RivalaniMyambo, commented: "Undisputed comeback award of the year champion #AuntyPat #CabinetAnnouncement #cabinet2019."
Mavatha,Nceba, @maverickvaks, wrote: "@PresidencyZA is sticking it to @Our_DA with #AuntyPat appointment #CabinetAnnouncement."
Meanwhile, Briefly.co.za earlier reported Patricia De Lille threw some shade at her former political party.
De Lille said no thanks to a blue light brigade and added that she wants nothing to do with the colour at all.
"No, no. No blue lights. I'm staying away, far away from anything that's blue," De Lille said.
