The Economic Freedom Figthers (EFF) lost to Trevor Manuel in a defamation case. The Red Berets were ordered to apologise and pay R500 000 in damages, and the news sent social media into a frenzy.

Earlier, Briefly.co.za reported that former finance minister, Trevor Manuel, won a defamation case against the EFF.

The court ordered Juju's party to apologise to Manuel and pay R500 000 in damages. The news sparked quite the reaction from our readers and we took a look at some of the comments.
