Briefly.co.za previously reported on a young unknown artist who was making a name for himself via social media.

On that occasion, a realistic drawing of President Cyril Ramaphosa was on display.

More details of the talented artist have been revealed and has left many even more intrigued.

Briefly.co.za gathered the creator to be 21-year-old Yomelela Sithole.

Sithole described himself as a self-taught artist, but his incredible work belies his age and experience.

Sithole was a busy man on Saturday as he shared a recent sketch of local musician, Dj Zinhle, via twitter (@realyungcreator).

The drawing includes her daughter and the detail almost defies belief.

The young artist quickly followed this up on Sunday as he shared a life-like representation of popular new artist, Sjava.

Sithole included a progress video as well to serve as proof of his hard work.

Thousands of tweeps heaped praise on the young man as the post went viral.
