It appears Fikile Mbalula's inclusion in President Cyril Ramaphosa's cabinet inspired him to give others a second chance.
After his election as the minister of transport, Fikile Mbalula has decided to embrace the spirit of Thuma Mina.
Taking to Twitter, Mbaks revealed he decided to 'unblock' the 4289 people he had blocked on the social media platform - but, Briefly.co.za gathered the new minister did warn those he gave a second chance.
"In the spirit of Thuma Mina and new dawn, I’ve decided to unblock everyone on my BLOCK LIST - even followed a few. This is a new start Twittermentarians - as long as we are civil with each other - things will remain the same. Isigezo though still warrants a BLOCK. I thank you," the post read.
The post sparked quite the reaction and social media users gave their two cents' worth on it in the comment section.
