The Economic Freedom Fighters has commented on today's court ruling in favor of journalist Karima Brown, saying that it will comply with the order.
In an unusually short statement, the Economic Freedom Fighters revealed that they will be complying with the court's ruling on Karima Brown:
“The EFF welcomes the court judgment on the Karima Brown matter and will comply."
Briefly.co.za reported earlier that the veteran journalist had taken the party on after Julius Malema shared a screenshot of a message she had accidentally sent to an EFF Whatsapp group, revealing her contact details on social media.

The journalist said that she received rape and death threats following the publication of her number on social media, reports The Citizen.
The Johannesburg High Court ruled in her favour this morning, with Brown saying she feels vindicated as a result:
“It means that political parties cannot intimidate journalists, cannot prescribe to them what to do and cannot instruct their followers or members to attack them. It’s a victory against misogyny and patriarchy and it’s a victory for media freedom. This will go down in court history."
