It was earlier reported that the police are close to making arrests in the Senzo Meyiwa murder case, but people aren't feeling very confident.

Some of the suspects, whose names are withheld for legal reasons, are believed to be quite well-known and one of them is a 'top cop'.

Briefly.co.za's readers feel that this isn't the first time that police have made promises about arrests and they have little faith that much will come of it.

The general feeling is that the police have been saying they'll catch the people responsible for Senzo's death since the tragic day when he was fatally shot.
