Brazilian Comrades runner embraces SA, does vosho and gwara gwara

lago Marcel turned many heads with his amazing dance moves at the Comrades this year. The Brazilian runner embraced local culture by doing everything from the vosho to the gwara gwara. Social media users fell in love with his passion for Mzansi.

The Comrades marathon always has heartwarming human interest stories and this year was no different when lago, wearing a Brazilian Flag, stopped for a moment to dance his heart out. His dancing drew the attention of South African’s and this touching event was caught on film.

Briefly.co.za learnt that he is from Brazil but lives in Cape Town and a gold sprint medalist
