- Lady Zamar feels that people have been unfair when calling her arrogant and unapproachable
- She wants people to know the real her, so she's opening up
- The songstress is using her new album to show the people who she really is
There is no denying that Lady Zamar gives off a bit of a prim and proper vibe, however, that does not make her nasty. People have ladled Lady Zamar all kinds of things and she feels that the public has been super unfair on her.
Lady Zamar’s career is booming. The super-lit artist has had her fair share of shade-throwing, especially with the whole Sjava relationship drama, and she feels that it is time people take a step back and get to know the real her.
Briefly.co.za learnt that Lady Zamar recently revealed that she has been told many times that she comes across pretty ‘offish’.
Lady Zamar told TshiaLIVE that people think she is ‘arrogant’ when they don’t even know her. The songstress is sick of negative labels being give to her because of people’s assumptions.
"People see me and think I'm arrogant and just aloof but I am really the opposite. I'm just shy and sometimes get really awkward in other spaces. Like sometimes I'll forget myself and realise later that my facial expression may be saying something different. It's not intentional and once you interact with me, you'll immediately see that I am not aloof at all."
After realising what people think of her, Lady Zamar made the decision to use her new album, Monarch, to show people a side of her that they clearly do not know.
She feels that if she opens up more through her music that people will be able to get to know the real Lady Zamar, the soft-hearted woman who gets hurt by people’s nasty words.
The hype around her new album is real. Lady Zamar fans cannot wait to get to know their Queen from an angle that everyone has been missing.
