Laura Grier had wanted to gift someone with her old tennis shoes and when the moment presented itself on June 15 at Bwindi National Park in Uganda, she just seized the opportunity.
In a report by the Daily Mail, Grier saw the woman from her car, walking barefoot.
"When I saw the woman on the side of the road barefoot I urged my driver to stop, the woman was barefoot and had never owned shoes before.
"We stopped the car to pull over and give them to her, her reaction to wearing the shoes was priceless!"
