News of the apparent departure of Emtee from his record label is still making its rounds. Joining in the support of Emtee is hip-hop artist, Reason.

Headlines have been buzzing over the past two weeks with the news that the rapper is planning to leave his record label, Ambitiouz. There have even been tweets with hashtag #FreeEmtee.

Briefly.co.za learnt that Emtee shared that he is trying to sort issues with regards to his label. Sadly he said that he has lost his house and car. He went on to say that his wife and children have now moved in with his in-laws.

With the situation Emtee finds himself in, he has seen many people trying to assist. Reason revealed via social media this week that there is continual communication among fellow artists on ideas of how to help Emtee.

Reason said that it is heart-warming being part of the ongoing support from fellow musicians committed to get involved to help wherever they can to assist Emtee.

Reason said that it is vitally important to rescue Emtee, not only for the sake of his family but also because it would be saving a real talent!

As far as fans are concerned, they are divided on whether or not Emtee deserves to be saved or not. There are those who claim that Emtee brought this on himself after criticising other musicians for leaving the label.

The rapper has in the interim taken to social media to respond to haters whom he claims are sitting in the wings for him to fall or kill himself.
