The past week was a busy one for celebs. Cassper Nyovest got upset by Prince Kaybee, Kelly Khumalo's parenting got criticised, DJ Zinhle got accused of throwing shade, Amanda Du Pont's outfit confused fans and Thembi Seete spent Father's Day renovating a school.
Yoh! Cassper Nyovest and Prince Kaybee were at it recently. The two lit Mzansi artists have broken into a social media war against one another and it was hella entertaining.
Cassper is not one to keep quiet when shots are fired at him, but this is definitely something we did not expect from Prince Kaybee.
Cassper and Kaybee ripped one another apart on social media almost an entire day. It all started when Kaybee jokingly took a stab at Cassper's physique.
Cassper then fired back and told Kaybee that he needs to stop bluffing the public by editing his pics. Kaybee then poked where he knew Cassper would react and called him ‘Shotpan’.
He then asked his followers to tag him when Cassper fired back because Kaybee is currently in studio in the UK. The people of Mzansi were in stitches over Kaybee’s response, however, Cassper did not find it funny at all.
There is ain’t no drama like baby daddy and momma drama. Kelly Khumalo does not want her baby daddy, Jub Jub, anywhere near their son. Kelly has a rather lengthy history of failed and soul-destroying relationships.
Kelly has reached the point in her life where she just wants peace and she is prepared to do anything to achieve that. Christian, Kelly and Jub Jub’s son, is only 9 years old and the poor boy is having to go through all this drama. Kelly often states how absent Jub Jub is and that she would rather him be out of their son’s life completely.
As always, the people of Mzansi misinterpreted a tiny piece of information and turned it into a big thing. DJ Zinhle has a helper named Pinky and Mzansi automatically thought it was Bonang Matheba’s bestie and relative, Pinky Girl.
Pinky Girl is famous because of Bonang. Tebogo 'Pinky Girl' Mekgwe became known to the public when she featured on Bonang’s reality TV show, however, that really is the only reason Pinky Girl is famous.
Zinhle mentioned her Pinky (her helper) during a Q&A session on Instagram and this is where the dramatic story stemmed from. Fans thought that Zinhle was speaking about Bonang’s Pinky and ran with it, accusing her of throwing shade by calling her her 'helper’.
Gosh, people really need to find something better to do.
Clearing the air, Zinhle ironed out the fact that she has a helper with the same name and that she was not trying to diss Pinky Girl.
Actress and presenter, Amanda du-Pont, has a great fashion sense and is quite the inspiration for her fans. She normally looks absolutely fantastic and loves sharing snaps with her social media fans.
Amanda recently shared a photo of her wearing a gorgeous black outfit and she looked amazing, but her caption confused fans. Apparently, the black outfit was what she wore to a wedding, and social media users weren't feeling it.
Amanda didn't seem bothered by what people had to say though. Read more:
While the point of Father's Day is to spend time showing dads love, it also happened to be on the same day as Youth Day this year and Thembi Seete and her bae, businessman Collen Mashawana, chose to focus on the youth of SA.
The couple spent their day at Morris Isaacson High School where they donated blazers and school uniforms and also renovated the school.
Taking to social media, Thembi shared how much fun she had at the school. Actor Mandla N' Ncgongwane also gave a helping hand.
