Rapper Kid X has been a proud supporter of Bafana Bafana at the African Cup of Nations and his loyalty has earned him a cool gig.
The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has headhunted Kid X to influence the team, according to SAHipHopMag.
The rapper will motivate and hype the players and it is hoped he'll encourage them so much that they'll score many goals.
The proud musician shared a post on Twitter to let his fans know that he has safely landed in Egypt, the Afcon host country.
"Touchdown Egypt. Was headhunted by CAF to come influence @BafanaBafana as best as I can. My type of gig. Stick around. #FootballTogether #TotalAFCON2019."
"Bafana Bafana will totally inspire and unite the nation once again. The glory days are back."
South Africans are behind the team as they represent in Egypt. Briefly.co.za reported earlier that Bafana Bafana's superfan, Botha Msila, has completed his emotional journey and arrived in Egypt. It's a big deal for Botha.
