A kind Samaritan, BI Phakathi, has once again warmed our hearts on this cold winter day. Phakathi, who Briefly.co.za previously reported on due to his kindness, opened his wallet to a beggar.

A video which was posted on his Facebook page on Monday morning shows Phakathi taking a crippled beggar into a store - telling him to take what he needed.

"This man is known for begging anyone at the door for lunch but this time things changed," he captioned the inspiring video.

After buying the man groceries, Phakathi handed him an undisclosed amount of money to pay his rent.
