Gog'Flo came up with an idea for the family to join in on her home renovations, which she believes with help bring the family closer. But Lucy has no intention of working that hard to paint an entire house. She is cooking up a plan to somehow dodge Gog'Flo's family painting job.

Meanwhile, Stivovo threw out the bait for Lucy to bite. He set up a fake meeting with a potential buyer to draw Lucy is closer to purchasing drugs and becoming a supplier.

Desperate to not lose out on this "lucrative" deal, Lucy asks Cosmo for help and emptied out all their bank accounts to raise the R 1 million needed to take the "goods" off Stivovo's hands. But something's not right with this deal.

Lucy covered her back in case the deal goes wrong but Cosmo accompanied her to make sure his sister was safe and out of any unnecessary trouble. They did the exchange of goods in an alleyway and made sure they were not double-crossed.

Meanwhile, Smanga is in deep trouble with his business venture, as Ezweni Inc seems to be filling apart without the two hearts of the company - Ayanda and Tshidi.

Smanga tried to reel Joshua back in now that Ayanda left, but Joshua explained that he only joined Ezweni Inc as a client because of Tshidi for being the best PR guru and Ayanda for her knowledge of data-mining.

Joshua also refused to pay Ezweni Inc the balance of what he owes the company for the Devour launch, which made Smanga realise what a terrible man Joshua really is.

Smanga's staff also began to panic when Smanga informed them about Mega Brands concluding their contract and Ayanda resigning from the company. Employees are concerned that Ezweni wont be able to keep their head above the water and they will soon be facing retrenchments again.

Here are a few comments from viewers:

Smanga then approached Kabisi with a request for him to loan him some money so that he can keep Ezweni Inc floating above water for a couple of months until he finds a way to hire qualified staff to replace Ayanda and Tshidi.

Kabisi was happy to oblige but he had a certain condition, for Smanga to agree to merge Ezweni Inc and #Hashtag. Smanga explained that he built Ezweni Inc on his own and away from the Moroka name, he wanted to keep his independence. But Kabisi's plan is only because he wants peace between the two Moroka brothers, both Smanga and Mazwi.

Jack is putting the pressure on Smanga to make a decision, as he was the one that influenced Ayanda's decision to leave Ezweni Inc, and also corner Joshua for what he did to Ayanda.

Will Smanga give in to Jack's proposal to merge the two companies?
