The Respite Unit team recently bid farewell to another of their patients, 8 year-old Michael* (name changed) who spent the past month the team's care. When he first arrived at the Centre, Michael was very sick and severely underweight weighing just 15kg.

But he bounced back quickly gaining a third of his body weight in just under 4 weeks. The shy little boy stole many hearts during his relatively short stay at the care Centre.
