A South African choir from Limpopo wowed the judges and audience of America's Got Talent and Mzansi could not be prouder.
The Ndlovu Youth Choir travelled to the US to audition for America's Got Talent on Tuesday and boy did they represent!
The choir performed an energetic rendition of My African Dream, conducted by choir director Ralf Schmitt.
Throughout the performance the crowd cheered the choir on and actress Gabrielle Union could not remain in her seat. Briefly.co.za gathered the new judge stood up halfway through the performance as she danced along with the local artists.
To top it off, at the end of their performance the choir received a standing ovation from the crowd and all the judges - including Simon Cowell.
"We've always been waiting for a choir like this, something we've never heard before with your energy bouncing off me right there," Cowell said, adding that he won't ever forget them.
The choir's performance has since gone viral on social media and it not only inspired South Africans, but the entire world.
Jamie Prichard, who goes by the Twitter handle @jmeln, commented: "Such beautiful people! Wonderful performance!"
Another tweep, @flyforbts, added: "You all did so great. I hope you all reach your African Dream."
