A sales representative from Egypt's city of Damietta is stealing the thunder from Mohamed Salah in the ongoing Africa Cup of Nations owing to his spitting image of the Liverpool star.
So alike are the two look that football fans gracing the continental tournament at the north Africa nation cannot tell them apart.
In a viral video seen by Briefly.co.za, Ahmed Sayed Nada admitted he is even finding it difficult making his way to the stadium with fans thinking he is the Premier League star.
In the half-a-minute footage shared by Eurosport, Sayed divulged he grew hair and beard to look exactly like Salah's after a friend told him he has a striking resemblance to the Egypt forward.
"In the past, my hair was shorter, and a friend of mine told me if you let your hair grow you will look exactly like Salah," he said.
"So I made it, let my hair grow, grew my beard and a lot of people now stop me in the street and call me Mo Salah. Even now it happened here in the stadium," Sayed added.
