Siya Radebe, local actor, recently told his fans that it is better to believe that you come from greatness than to be held down by the difficulties that life in a township can bring.
Siya took to social media to share a short explanation, saying he is proud to be Zulu and that he comes from strong people.
Taking to Instagram, he said: "It’s better to think of yourself as someone from greatness, someone who comes from strong people."
Siya went on to describe the feelings that township life can evoke in people.
"You might as well think of yourself as great and powerful than to fall into the despair and low self esteem, self hate, individualism, and misunderstanding that the township usually injects into the spirit of many."
