Deep down inside, past his hilarious and atrocious English vocabulary, Papa Penny has a real big heart. The reality TV star and Tsonga musician revealed that he donates thousands every month in food parcels to the less fortunate.
Briefly.co.za learnt that Papa Penny does the most for those in need in his province of Limpopo.
Papa Penny recently took to social media with a post where he explains how he helps 50 people every month by giving them each a bag of mielie-meal, vegetables and chicken.
Talking to TshisaLIVE, Papa Penny revealed that he spends well over R13 000 on helping these people every month, out of his own pocket.
"The money comes from my pay from the municipality. There are a lot of people that are poor in the area, they can't even afford mielie-meal. I decided to help them," said Papa Penny.
Papa Penny highlighted that these food parcels last roughly two to three months, allowing him to help around 100 to 150 families in a three-month period.
Giving back is Papa Penny’s way of sharing his blessings with those around him.
