Angelo Agrizzi seems to be making amends for his checkered past by donating to the less fortunate. The former Bosasa chief operations officer recently spent some time with the children of Alexandra township.
Agrizzi sang songs with the kids and helped some unwrap toys. He even carried some children in his arms. This was a completely different view of the man who was in the hot seat while testifying at the commission recently.
Agrizzi made his first visit to the Barney Mokgatle Foundation in Alexandra earlier this week. The foundation is the chosen recipient of the R200 000 which was a settlement in the recent hate speech charge against Agrizzi.
Thabisong Daycare Centre is the first nursery to have been visited by Agrizzi after the case. The foundation has chosen to use some of the donation to help the centre.
He was accompanied by the foundation’s boss, Barney Mokgatle, and a clinical therapist, Nkepile Masithe.
