Only in Mzansi: Woman saves the day, takes over for taxi driver

A woman has taken to social media to share a video of herself driving a public taxi. She had to take over the vehicle after the taxi driver was blinded by pepper spray.

Tshepiso Shongsta Shongwe shared the video on Facebook. In the footage, she is heard saying

“So, today I was a taxi driver from Faraday to MTN"

She explains that the driver got into an argument with Metro police and ended up being pepper sprayed. This temporarily blinded him and he was not able to drive the taxi.

"I had to make the pots heels and all.”

Tshepiso drove the taxi and the passengers were both confused and impressed.

She joked and said:

"I have a code 14"

Mzansi social media users were impressed with Facebook user Spice Kibe saying:

"You are my HERO"

Adv J Chabangu said:
