Bruce Koloane is accused of being central to making the Guptas' Waterkloof Airforce Base landing possible. The former state protocol chief is now due to answer for allegations levied against him at the State Capture Inquiry.
The State Capture Inquiry is looking into the infamous Gupta Waterkloof landing, with Bruce Koloane expected to give testimony on the matter.
The former chief of state protocol currently serves as the South African ambassador in the Netherlands.
Koloane is expected to explain the role he played in allowing the Gupta family to use Waterkloof Air Force Base.
Briefly.co.za reported that the notorious family had used the military base to shuttle wedding guests to Sun City back in 2013.
Evidence delivered at the Zondo Commission places the blame for the incident on Koloane's doorstep.
The testimonies of Thabo Ntshisi (Command Centre Flight Post officer) and Nonkululeko Sindane (former director-general of the justice and constitutional development department) allege that Koloane was one of the main facilitators who made the landing possible at the restricted base, reports TimesLIVE.
