- A woman took to social media to detail the fantastic assistance she received from a shop assistant at a toy store
- He provided fantastic service in store even though she made some challenging requests
- The icing on the cake was when he volunteered to walk the length of the shopping centre to help carry her items when he noticed that she was recovering from an operation
A woman took to social media to highlight her experience at a toy store recently.
While shopping at East Rand Mall, Judy Wilson visited Babies R Us to purchase a few items at the toy store.
A shop assistant by the name of Raymond came to her aid as she requested a batch of items.
Upon his return with the items from the storeroom, Judy had a change of heart and advised Raymond she would no longer purchase them.
Without getting annoyed, Raymond willingly returned the items and then went out of his way to assist Judy further.
After providing Judy with the new batch of items, Raymond searched for a trolley as he sensed that she’d struggle to carry the package on her own.
With no trolleys in sight, Raymond offered to carry Judy’s purchase to her car.
They walked the length of the mall and he continuously asked her how she was feeling.
Judy was still in recovery from an operation and she was visibly struggling with the pain.
Judy was so grateful to the young man’s generosity that she offered him a can of cool drink and some cash.He politely refused her offer, but she eventually convinced him to accept.
Unfortunately, Judy was in so much pain when she arrived at her car, that she forgot to take a photo of Raymond.
Briefly.co.za noted that Judy shared the incident on the Good Things Guy Facebook page on Tuesday.
