Local teen inspires Mzansi: Publishes her debut book at age 14

- A teenager from Polokwane, Ntiyiso Mukhari, has become an inspiration to many across Mzansi after publishing her debut book

- Ntiyiso is only 14 years old and spent 6 months exploring her passion for writing

Ntiyiso Mukhari is not your average teenager; the 14-year-old student has just published her debut book, Life’s Journey.

The novel follows the story of a young girl’s life and her connection to God, The Good Things Guy reported.

Ntiyiso spent 6 months dedicating her time to writing the book and pouring herself into the story.

Now, at only 14 years old, Ntiyiso can proudly say that she is a published author.

The talented young woman is from Polokwane, and is a grade 8 learner at Northern Academy.

Briefly.co.za gathered that Northern Academy was a huge part of Ntiyiso’s journey as a writer.

The school encouraged and helped Ntiyiso pursue her dream of writing her Christian novel, as well helped her explore her love of the English language.

Ntiyiso also received support from the Curro group’s #Learners2Leaders campaign, who helped her reach her goal of being a published author.

Curro Holdings CEO, Andries Greyling, gushed over the amazing achievement of the talented 14-year-old:
