Alisson Becker wrapped up a wonderful season in style as he won the Copa America Golden Glove to mark an historic feat.
Brazil beat Peru 3-1 in the Copa America finals with the Liverpool shot-stopper named the best goalkeeper of the tournament.
And now, the Brazilian number one becomes the first keeper in history to win three golden gloves in a single season.
He won the Premier League and Champions League Golden Glove award for the Anfield giants last season as he enjoyed a splendid campaign in his debut season in England.
Alisson kept an impressive 21 clean sheets in the Premier League and kept a further six clean sheets during Liverpool's fairy tale story in Europe's elite competition.
He also made great saves during the just concluded Copa America tournament, keeping five clean sheets as Brazil won their ninth South American title.
Before letting in a goal against Peru in the final, he was on a nine consecutive clean sheets for club and country.
Alisson has modestly played down his chances of winning the Ballon d'Or despite being a strong contender for the accolade.
"I just limit myself to doing my job," he said.
"There are a lot of top players aspiring for that prize. I'm just a goalkeeper."
Meanwhile, Briefly had earlier reported that Brazil vs Peru ended in a 3-1 win for the Selecao as they were crowned Copa America champions for the ninth time.
It was a repeat of their Group A clash where the hosts hammered Peru by 5-0 in the final group game of the first round.
