Lerato woke up to some exciting news. Jerah called her early in the morning to let her know that she was chosen by Mega Brands to feature in the latest skin range ad campaign.
Lerato was overjoyed and shared the news with the Diale family, who were all more than happy for her. They have their own celebrity in the family.
But Palesa wasn't having the best of times at work, with Kabisi finding fault in everything she did. It's as if he was specifically targeting her. But Sphe told Palesa that Kabisi is just over-cautious of youngsters, especially after having to deal with Jerah's mishaps at home.
Meanwhile,m Lerato seemed to getting addicted to her new-found habit. She used some of her savings to purchase more drugs and is now constantly on them. Even Mpho picked up that something was not right with Lerato, as she was hyped and full of energy.
Viewers weren't impressed with how fast Lerato got hooked.
Then Smanga decided to call Joshua out on social media for his latest skin range advert. Smanga said it covered colourism, and how black woman are made to look imperfect and only if they change themselves to look like a white woman, will they be perfect.
Joshua was enraged and decided to pay Smanga a visit at his office. But Smanga called him out again saying that he was racist, and that's the reason why he raped Ayanda, because he saw her as a weak black woman, whom he could use and abuse at his will.
Pretty intense, but viewers were delighted that the topic of colourism was brought up. Take a look at some of their views below:
Meanwhile, Cosmo found the other guy who was with Josias and came up with the idea to give him some money and let him travel to another province for him to visit his family, just to keep him away from the police.
Lucy tried to move some of her drugs from S'khaftin, but Cosmo warned her that there was someone staking out the place. Lucy is worried that if she can't move the drugs, she can't sell them, which will mean they will not be able to recover the money that she and Cosmo invested.
More problems for Lucy: not only does she have the police on her back, but she also has money issues.
