L Tido made a comment on social media about women being corrupted by Johannesburg, and entertainer Nandi Madida was not impressed. She gave the muso's remark a rather lengthy response.
When hip-hop artist, L-Tido, said Johannesburg has corrupted many good girls from out of town, he got a lot of responses about how it was actually men who did the corrupting.
While she didn't agree with that kind of reply, singer Nandi Madida did give her own 2 cents on the matter with a lengthy tweet.
According to her, it's not the place that changes people, it's their initial intentions.
"My friend Jozi is just a city with buildings, restaurants, businesses etc. as someone from out of jhb you make what you will from this city. It can be an amazing city, full of incredible opportunities, but it’s all about your intention when being here like any place."
Briefly.co.za gathered that instead of arguing with Nandi, L Tido retweeted her reply, which must mean he took her seriously and perhaps even learnt something from her.
ZAlebs reports that many other tweeps were not happy with what the musician said, and they even called him biased.
Maybe he learnt his lesson.
