Briefly.co.za previously reported on the story of Inganathi Mafenuka as the Khayelitsha mom gave birth to a set of quadruplets in 2018.
The 22-year-old mother waited eight weeks before she was able to take them home from Tygerberg hospital due to them being born prematurely.
Her story struck a chord with South Africans and many wondered how the mother of four would be able to cope emotionally and financially.
Fortunately, Mafenuka was blessed with a monthly donation of R10 000 from Kfm and LottoStar for the first year since birth.
The beautiful babies turned one recently and celebrated their birthday in fine style as Kfm surprised them with a wonderful party.
Good Things Guy reported on the party and that the radio station blessed Mafenuka with a whopping R35 000 to alleviate some of her future expenses.
Bungcwele, Buchule, Bubele and Bunono looked adorable in matching outfits as they enjoyed cake and gifts on their special day.
Kfm shared some of the cute moments via Twitter.
