Zodwa Wabantu uttered remarks on her reality TV show, Zodwa Uncensored, that left Mzansi in a bit of a huff.

The things the controversial entertainer said led to people calling for her show to be cancelled and even celebs got in on the debate over homophobia that followed.

As reported on by TimesLIVE, Zodwa talked about gay men being too dramatic and forgetting they don't have lady parts.

Now, Moja Love has issued a statement and taken the blame as well as apologised for Zodwa's remarks.

However, Briefly.co.za gathered that Zodwa was saying something entirely different just a day before Moja Love's statement.

"People must remember that it's a reality show, my reality show. If I have been treated badly by gay people I will call them out on their behaviour, and that doesn't mean I'm against the whole community."
