- Julius Malema challenged the ANC's Derek Hanekom on Twitter yesterday
- Hanekom said the SA democracy should be defended from the EFF
- Juju responded to Hanekom's tweet and said the ANC member won't do anything
On Monday, Derek Hanekom of the ANC responded to Thuli Madonsela saying the EFF's bid to block Gordhan's speech was a low point in SA's democracy.
Hanekom called the EFF "thugs" and added that the democracy should be defended against Malema's party.
"We need to block these fascist thugs and defend our democracy. And stand together in defence of our country," he wrote.
The post gathered a response from the EFF leader himself and Juju challenged him.
"You won't do anything," Malema wrote to Hanekom.
Briefly.co.za gathered Juju's comment sparked quite the reaction and Mzansi had a lot to say about it.
Regina Veronica, who goes by the Twitter handle @BbmblondeGene, commented: "You re such a flip flopper! You were running down the Public Protector in 2017. But now you think she is great. I don't get you. You run with the ducks and the drakes!"
